ClearBox is growing
As we approach our 13th year of operating, I’m gratified to continue to build the ClearBox business and help more clients with their digital workplace strategies.
I started ClearBox Consulting as a solo consultant back in 2007. Since then the interest in digital ways of working has grown strongly, meaning more and more clients want guidance as they move into new territory. ClearBox has often relied on trusted associates but having high quality people as employees gives us the capacity to respond more flexibly. Hiring Wedge Black in early 2017 set the trend, and now ClearBox benefits from the addition of Andrew Marr and Suzie Robinson in 2019.
Andrew Marr
After working for ClearBox as a freelance associate for seven years, Andrew knew our methodology inside out. We were delighted when he agreed to officially join us in June. He now specialises in intranet strategy and management, having worked with many larger organisations as an in-house intranet manager, consultant and contractor.
Andrew’s 20 years’ experience in business analysis, project management, benchmarking, and more recently, strategy and collaboration, boosts ClearBox’s capacity and skillset, enabling us to offer a well-rounded approach to planning and advising on large-scale digital workplace improvements.
Suzie Robinson
As an active member of the intranet community, we’ve followed Suzie’s personal blog and invited her to write for ClearBox in the past. Suzie has worked with intranets for over a decade and joins ClearBox in September, after time with a large multi-brand food group, and managing the award-winning intranet at Waterstones.
Suzie therefore has practical experience with all aspects of intranet management and improvement, including user research, tech implementation, digital communications, governance, and employee experience (with a focus on remote users). Suzie will lead on our up-coming new independent reports (building on our established SharePoint intranets in-a-box reviews) as well as advising clients on all things digital.
