Our practical, business focused workshops will show how to create an engaging, effective intranet that appeals to both your people and your leaders.

We know that intranets have enormous potential to support organisations’ goals, through improved communication, flexible collaboration, integration with workflow and access to key tools and services. However, it isn’t always easy to deliver on this promise: How do you balance competing demands? How do you cover all that needs to be done when resources can be tight? How can you keep up with technology expectations but sometimes conservative stakeholders?

Our workshops will guide you through, from setting out an intranet plan to managing intranets day-to-day. Your instructor, Sam Marshall has over 15 years of intranet experience and you can be sure of an honest, practical and entertaining event.

Who should attend

The sessions are designed for people working on intranets from any background.

They are aimed at people in a business role, particularly Internal Communications, Knowledge Management, Information Services and intranet site owners. Those in an IT role will also find each session helpful, but note that this is not a technical course.
