The assessment follows a clear flow:

All work is delivered virtually. For vendors we’ve reviewed before, the engagement typically completes in around two weeks; if your product is new to us or only previously had a Product Overview, the process may take a little longer to accommodate the full review stage.
Everything you share with us is confidential and for your internal use only – nothing is shared externally or included in the public report.
Participation in this service also does not influence your scores, position or treatment in the ClearBox report. Any improvements you make after the assessment are evaluated in future editions in exactly the same way as every other vendor.
This separation means you get the freedom to be open with us, and the reassurance that our feedback is about strengthening your product – not shifting your position in the report.
