Priory, the leading independent provider of mental health and adult social care in the UK, wanted to bring greater clarity to the future of its intranet. With competing priorities and several technology options on the table, the team turned to ClearBox for expert, independent guidance.

Our approach

We delivered our Express Strategy service – a fast, structured process designed to bring direction to intranet planning.

Across three virtual workshops, we helped the Priory team define where they were, what they needed for the future, and how different approaches could meet those needs.

To ensure all voices were heard, we also held focus groups with both office-based and frontline staff. These conversations explored real work experiences and communication challenges, feeding directly into our strategy discussions.

The result was a clear, side-by-side view of platform options and a practical roadmap for decision-making – giving the team a strong foundation for future intranet development
