Across three virtual workshops, we helped the Priory team define where they were, what they needed for the future, and how different approaches could meet those needs.
To ensure all voices were heard, we also held focus groups with both office-based and frontline staff. These conversations explored real work experiences and communication challenges, feeding directly into our strategy discussions.
