Our review process is open, structured and impartial. Vendors bring the demos and context – we bring a consistent framework, experienced reviewers, and a commitment to producing fair, transparent, evidence-based assessments.
It’s a process that gives buyers confidence – and gives your product the chance to be understood properly.
Being reviewed by ClearBox means joining a report trusted by organisations around the world. Our reviews are independent, detailed and shaped around real business scenarios, not feature tick-lists.
Buyers tell us they rely on our work to save weeks of research. Vendors tell us our insights help shape their roadmaps. Consultancies and investors use the report to support their own recommendations.
If you want your platform to be visible in that decision-making space, this is the route.

We intentionally keep the list of reviewed products tight. That means any platform included is there because it stands out in ways buyers value.
When deciding which products to include, we look at:

A deep dive designed for vendors who want their product explored in full.
It includes a three-hour demo, around 25 pages of detailed analysis, scenario-based scoring, non-functional requirements, product highlights and a 12-month licence – plus an extract of your review that you can use directly in your sales cycle.
A lighter option. You provide a standard 90-minute demo and we’ll produce a concise overview covering key information, non-functional requirements and a “ClearBox view” summary. You also have the option to receive an extract of your review and/or a 12-month licence of your overview content.
It’s not just an evaluation – it’s a presence in the conversations where decisions are made.
From there, we guide you through each step.
ClearBox has no reseller relationships, no sponsorships, and no software to sell. Our reviews highlight both strengths and areas for improvement, and every score is based on a consistent scenario framework used across all products.
That independence is central to how we work – and why buyers, analysts and vendors trust the results.
