
Designing a digital workplace around employee’s needs ahead of technology
A technology-driven strategy does not reliably lead to changes in people’s behavior. Our priority should be to understand what matters to employees in getting their work done, and keep this as the enduring principle supported by whatever technology is most appropriate at the time.
